Sportswear brand Adidas is showing off its iconic clothing in a latex version.

Adidas, the popular sportswear brand, has decided to surprise its fans with a modern and bold collection. The new “3 Stripes” line of latex clothing is a proposition that combines the brand’s iconic look with a bold approach to fashion. Dedicated to women, the collection consists of a bodysuit, top and leggings. Each piece comes in black and red. The whole is kept in the classic Adidas style. We can find 3 white stripes and the brand’s logo. In addition, the items have a sporty-casual style, but definitely with a modern twist.

Until now, the most varied pieces of latex clothing could be purchased at various latex clothing stores or custom-made for yourself. There you could buy clothes in a wide variety of styles or designs. However, this is now the first time they have been released officially by such a large and well-known brand as Adidas. It is also true that Adidas is not the first fashion brand to show things made just from latex. Even on the pages of Latex Polska, you can easily find articles about various other brands that have done this before (such as Yves Saint Laurent). However, these brands are very often fashion houses from the luxury fashion segment, which for many is unattainable and taken as a certain reference point. This time, however, we are talking about a brand like Adidas, that is, hosted in the closet of many people and whose stores we can find in shopping malls. This is a significant change and a novelty.

Of course, the clothes shown are more of a curiosity for now, the few garments shown. The items are only available for US distribution at this point. But such a move by Adidas shows that a big change is perhaps ahead, one that may even have already begun. Latex once associated with alternative fashion, recently shown at luxury brand shows, is now in the mainstream brand’s collection.
